Sprint and Samsung Mobile recently announced the Samsung Moment Android Smartphone’s availability to their consumers in the United States. The Samsung Android Phone comes sporting a 3.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen display, a side-slide QWERTY keyboard, a 3.2 Megapixel auto focus camera with flash and video recording, built-in media player, Bluetooth, GPS support and a microSD card slot.
The Samsung SPH-M900 Moment is powered by an 800MHz processor and runs the Android OS. The Sprint Moment also includes built-in Google mobile services, including Google Search, Google Maps, Gmail and YouTube, as well as thousands of applications available in Android Market. The Samsung Moment will be available on 1 November for $179.99 after a $50 instant savings and a $100 mail-in-rebate with a two-year contract.
