Sony Ericsson Jalou and Dolce&Gabbana design special edition
Remember the Sony Ericsson Bao, well Sony Ericsson has finally made the clamshell designed phone official but it gets a new name, it is dubbed the Sony Ericsson Jalou. The company also announced the Dolce&Gabbana design limited special edition of the Jalou, which is a luxury phone that boast a rose colored 24 carat gold plating.
The Jalou features a 2-inch LCD display and a facet-cut diamond shape clamshell design which measures only 73mm long, it supports quad-band GSM/EDGE and UMTS/HSDPA 2100 3G networks and has specs such as a 3.2 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth, built-in media player with MEGA BASS, support for A-GPS with Google Maps, FM tuner and YouTube application.
The original version of the Sony Ericsson Jalou will be available in the Q4 of this year in the colors of Amethyst, Aquamarine Blue and Onyx Black while the Dolce&Gabbana Edition comes in Sparkling Rose with 24 carat gold plating.
