Here is the Nautiz X5 rugged PDA Phone. It is a PDA that is powered by an Marvell PXA320 Xscale 806MHz processor and has specs such as a 3.5-inch VGA touchscreen display with a 480×640 pixel resolution, 256MB RAM, 512MB flash memory, a microSD card slot and a 3 megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash.
There is also features such as integrated GPS SiRF III chipset with Instant Fix II, integrated laser 1D barcode scanner, IrDA, Bluetooth 2.0 and WiFi connectivity. The PDA will be running the Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional OS
