Huawei will also be at the CES 2011 and they will be officially launching the Huawei IDEOS X5 at the event. The sad part of it is that after the handset is launched at the CES on January 6th and it will be released in in Hong Kong on 19 January for a price of HK$3000, so basically we are not sure if it will be making its way to American stores. The IDEOS X5 comes with a 3.8-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a 800×480 pixel resolution, it has a 5-Megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording and autofocus, there is also a front 0.3 Megapixel camera for video calling, it is powered by Qualcomm’s MSM7230 800MHz processor and runs Android 2.2 OS.
Other specifications includes WiFi and Bluetooth Connectivity, GPS Navigation and 4GB of internal storage. It is still not sure about the US Market but it might be available in Europe soon as well as China.
