Canadian carrier, Fido has announced that they will be offering the new Motorola DROID RAZR Android Smartphone to its subscribers in the near future. According to the carrier, customers will be able to get the smartphone in early 2012 but they haven’t decided on any pricing details as yet.
Subscribers of the carrier will certainly appreciate the smartphone’s large 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED Touchscreen display that is protected by Gorilla Glass, it should deliver a great user experience thanks to the 1.2GHz TI OMAP4430 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of on-board storage (can be expanded using its microSD card slot that supports 16GB cards.).
Other specifications of the DROID RAZR includes an 8-megapixel camera that has the ability to record 1080p Full HD videos, plus a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling, there’s GPS navigation, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, an HDMI port and a 1780mAh battery.
