China Mobile has a new Dell Mobile Phone coming soon. It is the Dell Mini 3v that supports TD-SCDMA and GSM/HSPA networks. There was no details announced for the handset, however from the photo above we can see that the handset comes with a touchscreen display and a 5-Megapixel Camera.
