Remember the HTC Legend which was first leaked in the 2010 HTC Android Phone Lineup. The Legend is just a redesigned Hero running Android 2.1 Eclair with the enhanced HTC Sense. It features a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a 320×480 resolution, a 5 Megapixel auto focus camera with flash, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi and a microSD/SDHC slot.

The phone also has G-sensor, Digital compass, proximity sensor and a optical joystick instead of a trackball. It is powered by a 600MHz processor, 384MB RAM and 512MB ROM. The Legend is expected to debut in April 2010.

The HTC Desire is basically identical to the Nexus One, except for its appearance. Instead of a trackball and touch-sensitive buttons under the screen, the Desire gets a optical joystick and four physical buttons next to the trackpad. The smartphone gets the same 1GHz SnapDragon processor, 512MB ROM and 576MB RAM. The Desire sports Bluetooth, GPS and WiFi connectivity and supports dual-band WCDMA/HSPA and quad-band GSM/EDGE networks. It is equipped with G-sensor, Digital compass, proximity sensor and ambient light sensor.

Another HTC handset has been spotted right after the HTC Supersonic, this new Android phone features a Qualcomm’s MSM7227 600MHz chipset, instead of the SnapDragon along with a 3.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen, a 5 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth, GPS/AGPS and WiFi connectivity.

An upcoming Mobile Phone which should be available via T-Mobile really soon, it is the T-Mobile myTouch Slide. This new HTC maded smartphone which is also known as the HTC Espresso or myTouch2 features a 320×480 touchscreen display, a side-slide QWERTY keyboard and runs Google’s Android OS.

Other specs that may be of interest to you, includes a camera with LED flash, an optical trackpad, a microSD card slot, 3.5mm jack and a 1300mAh battery. It is boosted by an ARM11 processor.

Another Android Smartphone has surfaced bearing the HTC name, its the HTC Supersonic Android Phone. It is basically an Android Version of the HTC HD2 as it features the same specs as the HTC HD2 which includes a 4.3-inch touchscreen display.

It packs the power of a SnapDragon 1GHz processor and runs Android 2.1 with the Sense UI. According to the guys over at engadget, the HTC Supersonic will be going to Sprint.

At the CES, HTC Corporation has unveiled yet another Smartphone, dubbed the HTC Smart. The new handset is powered by Qualcomm Brew Mobile Platform which has a 300MHz processor. There is a 2.8-inch touchscreen display along with specs such as a a 3-megapixel camera, a music/video player, Bluetooth, a USB 2.0 interface, a 3.5mm audio jack, a 256MB ROM, a 256MB RAM and a microSD card slot for expansion on your memory.

The new HTC Smart supports both GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) as well as WCDMA/HSDPA (2100 MHz) networks. There was no pricing information released but we will keep you updated..

Google Launches the Nexus One Smartphone

Google recently announced its well anticipated Nexus One Smartphone. The new Nexus Smartphone was also launched with a web store hosted by Google, where consumers can purchase Android Mobile Phones. It features a 3.7-inch AMOLED WVGA display with a 480×800 pixel resolution and powered by a Qualcomm 1GHz Snapdragon 3G QSD8250 chipset, 512MB Flash, 512MB RAM plus a 4GB SD Card which can be expanded to 32GB.
