Motorola has officially launched three new Android-Based Ming Phones that has been reported here over the pass few months. They are the Motorola Ming A1680 which is also known as the Moto Lucky 3G that comes with a 3.1-inch AMOLED Touchscreen display that produces crystal clear picture, excellent touch capabilities, there is a 5-Megapixel Camera, WiFi, GPS and a sixth-generation SoftStylus handwriting system. Then there is the Motorola Ming MT810 that is also known as the Moto Beihai that will debut on the China Mobile Network and runs China Mobile’s OPhone OS 2.0 (a custom version of the Android OS). The Motorola MT810 comes equipped with a 3.2-inch resistive touchscreen display, a digital camera that has the capability to record 720 x 480 resolution, 720p high definition playback and China’s CMMB mobile television format.

There is word of a new HTC Smartphone dubbed the HTC Oboe that runs the Windows Mobile 6.5 OS coming soon. There has been no details or word of the handset announced by the company, however the handset features a touchscreen display, an 8-megapixel camera and will support the CDMA network. There is also a rumor that the handset will be released for the Chinese market on the China Telecom network in the coming weeks.

Nokia is now extending its offering in the TD-SCDMA market with its recent announcement of the Nokia C5-01 and Nokia X5-00 TD-SCDMA Mobile Phones. Like the C5-01, the X5-00 will also be heading to China Mobiles TD-SCDMA 3G Network during the second quarter of 2010.

The Nokia X5-00 TD-SCDMA features a 2.4-inch LCD display and features a Candy-Bar design, it comes equipped with a 5 Megapixel camera with dual LED flash and video recording, a front camera for video call on China Mobile’s 3G network, dedicated music buttons, access to Ovi store, Mobile Map/Navigation and Fetion Messaging Service. The X5-00 comes in the colors of black, white and red.

Nokia has unveiled the C5-01 TD-SCDMA in China, the Nokia C5-01 happens to be the CDMA Version of the recently launched Nokia C5 Smartphone which supports HSDPA/HSUPA networks. The C5-01 boasts a 2.4-inch QVGA display, a 5 megapixel camera, a front camera for video calls, a stainless-steel keypad, full access to Nokia Ovi store, 139 mailbox and comes pre-loaded with Fetion which is a integrated messaging service by China Mobile.

The Nokia C5-01 TD-SCDMA is expected to be launched on China Mobile’s TD-SCDMA 3G network sometime during the third quarter of 2010.

Motorola official announced in China, the Motorola MT710 Full Touch Smartphone, which is Motorola’s first smartphone for China Mobile. The Moto MT710 runs China Mobile’s Android-based OPhone platform.

Special specs of the Motorola MT710 OPhone Smartphone includes a 5 megapixel camera, a front camera for video calls, a Marvell PXA310 processor, WiFi connectivity and support for TD-SCDMA 3G network and quad-band GSM/EDGE networks.

In Addition to China Mobile’s recent announcement of the Dell Mini 3 Smartphone, they have just announced the LG GW880 Smartphone which runs the China Mobile’s OPhone Platform. The LG GW880 is the forth Smartphone to run the Android-based OPhone platform (aka Open Mobile System).

The LG GW880 features a 3.5-inch WVGA touchscreen display along with specs which includes a 5 Megapixel camera, GPS, Bluetooth and support for China Mobile’s Mobile Market. I guess the LG GW880 wouldn’t fix in without its CMMB Mobile TV module.

The first unit of the Dell Mini 3i will be sold in China on the China Mobile Network. The Dell Mini 3 Smartphone will feature in China, applications of China Mobile’s new “OPhone” and Mobile Market platforms. It will be available in the colors of Red Passion and Oiled Bronze colors.

The Chinese consumers will be the first to experience its large 3.5-inch widescreen, a range of consumer applications, pre-loaded 139Mail e-mail, Fetion chat and digital maps for navigation. Some of the specs that wasn’t confirmed before are the 3 megapixel camera with zoom, auto-focus, flash, video capture and photo-editing capabilities, Mini USB, Bluetooth Connectivity and support for microSD cards up to 32GB.
