AT&T confirms to employees that new iPhone will be coming June

Well basically we don’t really have to say much since the title already has said it all. According to a post on BGR, they got a leak, must be from an employee of the company. It will be available in June not July which has been rumored.

AT&T Subscribers that have been waiting for this announcement, it is finally here, yes the LG Vu Plus is coming to AT&T starting on June 6th, 2010. The Vu Plus will be going for $199.99 then after mail-in rebate receive $50 AT&T Promotion Card, and a two year contract. The LG Vu Plus features a 3-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a 400×240 resolution, a side-slide QWERTY keyboard, a 3 Megapixel Camera and full access to AT&T’s Mobile TV service for an additional $10 per month.

The LG Vu Plus also provides AT&T’s mobile browser, turn-by-turn navigation utility, and Social Net utility for access to social networking content such as Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace.

AT&T Palm Pre coming May 16th

There has been rumors but AT&T just sent the official word that the Palm Pre will definitely be coming to AT&T, it is been said that the Palm Pre Slide Smartphone will be added to the shelves of AT&T storerooms starting May 16th with a price tag that says $149.99 plus AT&T will be bundling it with a free Touchstone wireless charging dock. AT&T says that they will be giving out free Touchstones for “a limited time” so if you’re looking to get down on this deal you better do it fast.

There has also been word of the Palm Pixi coming to AT&T but there is still no word if it will be coming or not, so fans that are still awaiting their month long dream to own a Pixi to come through, it will take some more waiting.

Along with the recent leak of the Dell Flash Smartphone, we also got a glimpse of the upcoming Dell Thunder Android-powered Smartphone. We know Dell is on the verge of trying to dominate the Smartphone market, but what does the new Thunder has to offer that isn’t already out there.

According to Dell it features a 4.1-inch WVGA OLED screen which runs a custom UI from Dell by the name of Stage and taps Swype for a touchscreen keyboard replacement, an 8 megapixel camera, integration of social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook, Flash 10.1 for watching web videos and probably playing flash-based games plus an integrated web video Hulu app. The new upcoming Thunder will be sold in AT&T and world-friendly HSDPA versions around Q4 of this year.

It comes in Black and Blue with a high gloss finish to make the most of its sleek shape.

The Link is available for a limited time for $9.99 with a rebate and a two-year contract. A voice plan and a minimum $20 per month messaging or messaging and data plan are required.

AT&T officially announces the coming of a Smartphone from Dell, the Aero Android Phone which is based on the Dell Mini 3i. The Dell Aero features a 3.5-inch Touchscreen display with a 640×360 pixel resolution, a 5 Megapixel camera, onboard GPS support, WiFi and 3G connectivity.

PC-like web browsing experience with Flash Lite support for streaming audio and video content. It runs Android OS with Dell’s own Aero UI, AT&T didn’t say when they will make it available to their customers.

AT&T is about to release a new slider phone from Samsung called the Samsung Strive. The Samsung Strive will go for $19.99 for a limited time with a 2-year contract and $50 mail-in rebate starting March 21st, 2010.

The Samsung Strive comes in a slider form factor and features a full vertical sliding QWERTY keyboard, a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0, e-mail support and a bunch of AT&T services including the newly announced group messaging service, AT&T Mobile Share and AT&T Address Book. The Samsung Strive will be available in the colors of black/silver and purple/charcoal.
