AT&T customers now has an official date when they will be getting the new HP Palm Veer 4G Smartphone. AT&T has announced that they will start offering the new 4G Smartphone on May 15th for a price of $99 with a two-year service agreement.

The new Smartphone will be one of the Smallest 4G devices available on the US market, it runs the latest version of the webOS and gets a 2.6-inch multitouch display. HP is saying that the Veer 4G is everything 4G should be in a smaller size which is approximately the size of a credit or debit card. Despite its 2.15 width it packs a few specs that will make it a worthy 4G smartphone, including its slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 5-megapixel camera with video recording and geotagging, built-in GPS functions, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR with A2DP and a mobile hotspot function that enables the user to share a connection with up to five different devices. It doesn’t get a 1Ghz processor but the 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 Processor should do just fine.
