Taiwan camera ODM company Altek is planning to launch its T8680 mobile phone in China, it comes with a 12.2 Megapixel camera with a 3x optical zoom lens. There is a 3-inch LCD touchscreen to preview your photos and it also has the option to record 640×480 VGA video. I think we could call the Altek T8680 Mobile Phone because it comes with scene recognition, over 20 scene modes, face detection, auto focus, smile shutter, ISO up to 3200 and panorama shooting.

When it comes to the mobile section it has Bluetooth, built-in media player, FM tuner, and a microSD card slot. It supports Quad-band GSM/EDGE networks.
