In addition to the Lumia 820, Nokia also announced the new Lumia 920 another Windows Phone 8 device that comes with wireless charging capabilities.
The new Lumia 920 comes equipped with a 4.5-inch IPS LCD display with a WXGA resolution, it is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, it gets a whopping 32GB of internal storage capacity, 1GB of RAM and according to Nokia, its new flagship phone is a prime reason for users of other platforms to embrace its new Windows Phone 8 product.
Other specifications includes an 8.7-Megapixel camera with PureView technology and Carl Zeiss optics, there’s a 1.2-Megapixel front-facing camera with 720p HD video, it supports LTE connectivity, HSPA+ connectivity and Near Field Communication. The new high-performace camera is capable of capturing 5 to 12 times as much light as most smartphone cameras, has balanced lens, and longer shutter speeds to take photos with more light.
The handset also comes equipped with a 2000 mAh battery that Nokia claims is 30 percent more efficient than quad-core devices. It comes with wireless charging with a Fatboy Recharge Pillow and uses the Qi wireless charging standard.
No pricing detail was found for the new Lumia 920 Windows Phone 8 Smartphone but it will be available in the colors of yellow, white, red, black, and gray.
