Rumor has it that chinese manufacturer, Huawei is presently working on an high-end Android Smartphone and has plans to release the new phone later this year. According to the rumors, the Smartphone will feature a custom 3D Interface with a 3.7-inch touchscreen display. The handset will run the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS plus a few other advanced features. The chinese manufacturer normally deals with low-end devices so this will be a new venture for the company.
