Pantech has unveiled its new and first Android Smartphone for the US Market which they are calling the Pantech Crossover. It comes with a 3.1-inch touchscreen display, it is powered by a 600MHz processor and runs the Android 2.2 Froyo OS. There is a 3-megapixel camera with video recording but no autofocus.
It measures 113mm x 58mm x 14mm and weighs in at 146g and a 2GB card pre-installed but has the capacity to support cards up to 32GB in storage. There is also WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS Navigation plus it comes with a battery life of 5 hours when talking and 30 days of standby.
AT&T will debut the smartphone starting June 5 for the price of $69.99 with a new two-year contract.
